Why we still dont have .exe fix for LockOn: Flaming cliffs?

Is there anyone who is connected to the right people that can provide us with a good answer?
I know it's Starforce protected, but many games with the same protection were being taken care of.

So what keeping them from doing it? i dont belive it's an unbreakble game, so what's going on?
