For Original imports no need for DVD region X.
Also PS 1 games (original and back-ups)

You just need DVD region X for backups (CD-R's and DVD-R's).

hopefully they could release FNS version of Origa
(Final No Swap). But i think Sony is preventing them from releasing this....

10000/15000 behave the same with the OrigaChip. The TI model, it is claimed, also works with OrigaChip 1.25

Heh. It should work perfectly with the 10000 that I have then. Should be a perfect no-swap for that. The other ones should be with swap for the PS2 backups.

Origa are due to make an announcement next week, I think. But Lik-Sang seem to be shipping OK and for US models too. But get some, like I did!

Yah you're right Charlie!

I'm planning to buy some...
Might not be manufactured anymore
These chips might go to the Auctions (Wanted lists!)!!!
And i'm also planning to install these in our locality...
he!he!he!

BTW, I'm still eyeing for the DVD-r to go down...
hope i could get it less than a $500.00 mark to exempt it from custom taxes here in our country...

Gunblade discovered that there isn't. But order it from Lik-Sang (like I've just done) and get anyone who can do Neo2.2 to do the OrigaChip with the diagrams on the site.
