Does anyone know of any gamespy alternatives? I've already tried to use Kquery and it doesn't work.....

Yep, All-Seeing-Eye all the way for me too. In fact I think Gamespy is something of a crime against humanity. Be warned though, that sometimes Gamespy tries to reserve the exclusive right to some multiplayer games, in order to lock out the much better variants. The makers of ASE will let you know of such nefarious deeds in their automatic filter updates
In the past, support for non-Gamespy browsers was added to such games after loud protest from the gamers, so if your favorite game doesn't support it, write an email to the publisher and threaten his household pets (you didn't read that last bit BTW )

ive just d/l the all-seeing eye, and u still have to pay for it?!?
isn't there any other way? any free programs?

Well, you're supposed to pay for it after a while, but the program won't stop working, you just don't have any of the extra features like a bigger buddy list and priority on the scanner server. Just try it out, and if you really like it, donate 10$. Or you can go back to the gamespy cracp, it's your choice.
