I quite easy to find out:
Put in your original cd and read the cd label !!! Before your reply to this post, please remember this board rule: We don't care if cd is broken/dog ate it/alien abducted it/grandma chewed it - if you have lost or damaged your original cd in anyway then contact the publishers who will be happy to send a replacement
