Problems with Loki

i have purshased the loki game some days ago,and start playing the game.
then the game started crashing on the download sreen when changing level,went to their website and found the 1.06 patch,installed it and had to start the game all over againbecause the so called smart programers in cyanide forgot to fix something,so the previous 1.06 patched version saved games dont work,got even farther that before and now it starts again,on the loading screed when i change level it started crashing again,i find this kind of thing scandalous!!a software firm should know better that releasing games in this conditions and even later with patches poorly made.All to done in a hurry so that the game could be released in a certain date,went to their oficial foruns,it seems not even the people from CYANIDE go there to see what the costomers are thinking or if they have problems.and of course i get annoyed with that not so say bad words because the game is on sale for 40 euros on stores,when we pay so much money for a game it is suposed to come with minor glitches not worthless at all.me as a heavy gamer allways read the minimum hardware conf. on the box and my pc is very much above their minimum standards.so what is their excuse for such a good game with such a lame programing?
i would really like to know the awnser...

Perhaps its not the software but a hardware problem.

Seeing as it has crashed numerous times on the loading screen when accessing the HD perhaps there is a problem with your HD, bad sectors or just general wear and tear.

Also check with other hardware too.


Also bear in mind there is countless hardware combinations for PC's different memory, CPU's, Motherboards etc its impossible for a software company to test it out on every one.

Last also, have you checked with the developer/publisher on a possible reason?
