SD4Hide is for hiding optical drives (CD-ROM / DVD-ROM / ...) not for hiding HDD.

i know...

i know it is to hide optical drives...my problem is i was hiding one and was unable to click restore before my pc restarted....leaving me very screwed...now my bios is jacked and pc simply wont detect hdd...whenever i ran sd4hide it said a backup was created in case of something like this but i have no idea how to get to it

sd4hide does NOT affect your bios in anyway, so my best guess is that your hdd died

Try do disconnect/reconnect the power & flatcable as it can be just a loose wire

moving the post as this has nothing to do with gcw support!

If your hard disk really disappeared then read the motherboard manual on how to use the BIOS setup (to re-detect the hard disk) or contact the motherboard manufacturer for help.
