fireburner

Ive been reading several posts, people have been reading their discs with cdrwin and burning the bin file with fireburner, what’s the advantage of fireburner instead of using cdrwin to finish the copy process ?

the reason i use fireburner over CDRwin is because i am too cheap to buy a cdrwin key... if you get one off the net there is the possibility it has been blacklisted and then cdrwin will still burn cds but make non-working copies...without telling you anything... fireburner on hthe other hand doesnt know if u use a pirated key and wont give u any problems with one......atleast i think thats the reason...

Ah I thought it had some special properties. I usually back up at X1 as it records at that speed without a key ,anyway I’m not in a rush,
Thanks vfrkid

Most people who use cracked keys for the most vital and basic tools are only crapping on themselves as they run into difficulties.

At least Hades came clean that he's "too cheap" to buy a key. But he should reconsider.

I recommend a programme called Goback it allows you to take your computer back in time 1 minute or any time into the past, this allows me to experiment with cracks and downloads if they cause problems I use goback, u could try a few cracks if they stop your programme working then goback to 1 minute before you applied it there will be no nasty registry changes left on the system.

I can see plenty of nefarius but useful applications for "Goback".

But please, everyone reading this thread, for something as important as backing up your PS2 games, don't cheapskate on the all important copying tools. Isn't it better to spend your time burning successfully rather than dividing your time between burning and diagnosing licence related problems?
