Suspect Messiah 2.
Can U test a suspect messiah 2 chip in the same way as the messiah one chip.
i.e disconnect all wires except 3.5v/ground/reset/scex and clock and then see if ur PS2 will boot PS1 cdr's?? This was a well known functional test for a suspect messiah chip. Does it work on messiah 2??
