Ghostbusters : The Video Game installation "fix"

It is well known that if the game is installed in a different than the default installation folder, the installation procedure cannot complete.

A workaround for this is to recompile the game ISO and copy all files located at [ISO]\setup\bin to [ISO]\setup.

This way the installation procedure can complete successfully, although these files are not copied in the manually designated installation folder but in the default folder (\Program Files\Atari\Ghostbusters), and should be copied manually to the former folder in order to run the game by executing "ghost_w32.exe".

Also, when this procedure is followed, the game can successfully be uninstalled through the Control Panel.
