Fable video rendering problem

I made a copy of My "Fable the Lost Chapters" disk, for backup. The origional plays just fine, but when I install the copy, and mount the image using Alchohal 120%, there are some weird video glitches. The grass on the ground and the mountaines does not render. The water appears to be yellow. Is there a patch or some kind of fix for this or is that just one of the drawbacks from not using the origional disk. This is not the only game that I have made backup of that does this.

Thanks,
NewtraRAT

That's hardly possible. Maybe the game becomes ill when Alc or Daemon are running in the background.
That could be possible w/ a crack, but this way wiht multiple games ? Naw !
Have a try w/ the crack for Fable, either way it's possible to play

Fable has a weird install a file even if its corrupt feature.

So when you tried to make a copy of it, the protection may have kicked in and corrupted some files for the hell of it.

I'm having the same yellow water white grass problem, only I am using the original disk. Some have told me my graphics card isn't good enough [Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller], others say it should work just fine. I'v been from forum to forum trying to find an answer, but everything that is suggested does nothing and noone seems to know what's going on.

Any ideas would be great, thanks.

Yes, integrated video cards are usually missing from the list of officially supported ones; for the last few years, it is mostly the latest few generations of nVidia Geforces and ATi Radeons, along with the latest drivers (!), that are required for trouble-free gaming.

For the beginning Fable shouldn't let run on that video chip. It should put some video runtime error on the startup of something If could run must be coz you used 3d analyze software or something like that to emulate shaders right?

If that the case it not much you can do except getting another videocard. I used to run Fable on GF 4 MX that way and was horrible yellow sky white floor like snow and terrible perfomance

I guess I should just save for a while and buy the latest gaming specified computer. Don't know yet what the req's for Spore are, but I want to be sure to meet them.
