Ok, iam trying to back my copy of Splinter Cell for ps2 using Record now max 4.5
I have backed up many of my games, using recordnowmax with my pioneer 106, firmware 1.07 and using tdk dvd-r 4x. In record now max i use min read, global settings tab, and save image to temp fold in C:. Then i record image from C: using min. as well I have it check and verify every round, and auto run shield is ON. Now game boots, game loads, but whenver i try to save game, or load saved games, it resets console and says: "please insert a ps2 format disc". Does this game req a file, or program to work properly, or shall i just re do the image file and try again?? Could be a bad sector read on orginal image, just dont wanna make two coasters for one game file backup. any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers ps. the console has been moded with magic 3.2 chip.
