Myst III:Exile
hoping to make a backup of Exile, disks are switched in and out often I want to avoid scratching the origonals. Help please? I get error message unable to read blocks of info, on the first ( install ) disk only and states it was created with demo shield"demoshield"

Could you tell me what version of clone cd you used? I tried making a backup of the 1st Exile disk with version 3.0.0.9 and I still can't use it to play the game. What settings did you use? TIA.

I assume you used the cd-bypass patched m3.exe (which could be obtained in CGW of course) when u tried to load the game using CD1, right?

You say "works great", WTF does that mean?
Does it mean you wiped your hdd clear of Exile and used the clonecd and succesfully clean installed Exile (using the nocd patch?) A backup copy will work using the nocd patch with a previous retail install of Exile + nocd patch. So...what exactly are you saying? |

No I mean I used clonecd version 3.0.0.1.4 and I ...I copied all 4 cds to my harddrive then I copied them with Clonecd and I dont need a crack it works like the original..I used my Philips to backup the game..
