But I find out I forgot to apply the latest update! So I've to do the compression again! :]

The , is legit and is not the reason for your unpack error. Xtool will only process level 6 depth, hence the l6 parameter for xtool. See screenshot.

Compress a single file and see if the error is the same. Test using Setup.exe and DSG unpack.
