Oh apparently its a direct x error some1 told me 2 go 2 http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...7-CC576822AED4.
Earlier in the forum but im not sure what it is

try updating your directx with the latest one on microsoft's website, this should fix the error, as it appears you are using an outdated dx version, thus making the game crash.
