A 44 bytes Cda in new CDs

Hello
I have a teac CD-W54E burner. Since last week I'm having this problem: every time I put a blank CD in the tray it always says that there is a 44 bytes Cda track.
I can't use any writing tool (the only one that worked was Blindwrite when copying an image by Blindread).
All other programs don't allow me to record anything. Even windows indicates that there is a music CD in the tray. The properties for this track indicate that it iis from 1995!! I want to back up my Mp3 files because I have to format my HD but I can't do it.
Any help?
Thanks
