Time Crisis 2 and CoolBoarders 2001

Hello,

I made a backup of these 2 games and now i'm having some problems.
With Time Crisis 2, i've downloaded the Jap ripped ISO and applied the NTSC-PAL PPF without any problems. After burning the CD i booted it and in game the screen trembles when I have my NeoKey on, if i turn it off the screen stops trembling. Is the problem in the NeoKey, the PPF or the ISO itself?
On Coolboarders 2001, i can't boot the CD. After booting DVD Region X and making the swap, the screen remains black while the CD reader makes a sound as if the CD starts spinning up a little bit and stops again. The sound repeats itself about 4 times a second.
Coolboarders 2001 was also downloaded from the internet. I made 2 copies of it, one with the PPF within the downloaded ACEs, the other without that PPF and using only a NTSC-PAL PPF. The CDR media i'm using are TDK Ultra-Reflex 700Mb, they work perfectly on other games like SSX (patched), Tekken Tag Tournament and FF9 (patched). I'm using a NeoKey and DVD Region X to boot CDs.

Thanks!
