Problem Copying

I recently downloaded a couple games an unrared them. However, instead of finding an iso, cue, bin, or anything like that I just get extensions of .001 .002 .003 and so on. What do I do with these?

Unrar the files you obtained (the game might be compressed twice)!
And if it is not the solution to your problem go to the URL where you download them and look for some information...
