Downsample question

I have successfully ripped Skies Of Arcadia (disk 1 & 2) to my PC, approx 980MB per CD. Anyone know what utility I can use to downsample the files so they can fit onto an ordinary CDR or what files I can omit. They mostly have the .mld extension. I'm not new to this but I just can't figure this one out.

Skies of Arcadia is very very hard game to rip even some groups saing that it is not worse it. I burned this game on 90min Cds. So think.......
