Why is it always around 700 to 800mb after the extraction for a cdi image file? No matter how many rar files the game has, for example, the namco museum...comparing to evolution, and king of fighters, etc...is it because the GDrom reading protection or some kind?

It has to do with the size of the dummy file. A small game such as crazy taxi requires a large dummy file. Provided that dummying the game is done correctly the dummyfile part should compress to next to nothing. That's why the cdi images always end up similiar sizes.
