Help Needed

hi everyone
it's been long time since the last time i was here anyway i have a problem and i know that someone here could help me i have this setup.exe that suppose to support both english and russian languages but the translation is not complete and it also gives an error when switch between languages -see pic below-

if someone could help completing the rest of the translation it's not that much it's like 4 or 5 lines i guess also fix that error above i can't do it and i have no way to contact the guy who made it
