I have ripped NBA 2k1 and extracted.....now what?? Anyone PLZ!!!!

I ripped NBA 2k1 and have two data tracks. I extracted the data tracks using extract track03.iso track05.iso then lba. How do I burn the game onto a disc and make it work. I do not know how to patch a game and would appreciate any help. Please do not point me to a website because they are confusing. Thank you.
