Galway AND others PLeASE helP!

Can u guys help me out ,ok i burned grandia 2 like 3 weeks ago ive been playing it and it works fine until towards the end of the game it freezes at a part when he is on the bridge , so i download the patch to fix it and it tells me these steps

1. unrar the files e-gr2cd2.cdi
2. Use CDIRIP from a command line: example ( cdirip e-gr2cd2.cdi )
3. Applyppf to TData02.iso with e-gr2cd2.ppf
4. use CDRwin or FireBurner to burn the cue file of TAudio01.wav
(remember to keep session open or #####mark Open New Session )
5. use CDRwin File Backup and Tools section,
*Backup/Tool Operation = Record an ISO9660 Image File
*ISO9660 Image Filename = Browse to find the File created with
Applyppf
*Recording Options - Disc Type = CDROM-XA
Track Mode = Mode2
#####mark only Finalize/Close Session


but on the 2nd step i cant even cdirip it it says (unsupported format:could not find track start mark)

ne one knows whats wrong????
