serious DC Ripping problems

ok, i did the dream rip and got 2 trackxx.iso.gz files and 2 trackxx.raw.gz files. now, i ran winzip to unpack the gzip files, but i got an error at like 99%, and the file was 0 bytes. ok, so used winrar to unpack them and it worked fine, the files where 180 MB and 700MB. ok, now i got the un-gzipped iso and raw files. (by the way this is my first time). then when i try to run DOS and do "extract track03.iso track07.iso" it says "Track03.iso is not a cabinet file! wtf?? im really stuck! please help out because these damn guides that are out there really suck. Ok one more question. once i raw2wav the CDDA tracks, what do i do next? i noticed the groups do a unpack and inject on the cdda tracks, but how do i do that? and how do i make the game into a cdi file once i extract the iso files. can i just put the cdda tracks into the cdi file with the game? im really lost, please help! thanks!
