PLEASE HELP THIS TIME! cool boarders 2k1

hi, i've downloaded a couple cool boarders and both are zip files w/ .img files in em. i tried using cd clone and so have people i've talked to to burn it, but no sucess by ne one. has ne one successfully burned this .img? if so PLEASE tell me what ver i should have and how to do it. PLEASE. i used iso buster to open it and there was no ip.bin so i couldn't selfboot it
