converting LBA from 11700 to 11702 w/ A4patcher

i'm trying to make a backup from a backup. i made a cdimage with discjuggler. it wouldnt burn that way. so i extraced the files with cdirip, and i noticed that the LBA on session 1 read 300. the LBA for session 2 is 11700. i read somewhere that cd writers only can read sectors of 302 or some shit. now i DL'd this file to change the mode2 second session to 11702 to maybe fix it. the file is a4patcher.rar and im not sure what to do with it. if im doing something wrong with DJ let me know too. and my cd writer is a Memorex CRW-1622. post some good replys and ill be 4ever greatful
