Concave Inno Setup Script

Concave Inno Setup Script

First of all I did not make this script, just found it. I believe it was meant to be a blackbox skin but don't hold me to it.
It was also in Spanish so I tried changing it to English but still failed in some spots.

maybe you will have better luck at changing it back
I could not find it on this website so I uploaded it.
