Utopia and CloneCD

I'm I doing something wrong? I'm new to this and I read the forum and all but... something is still wrong. With clone CD I burned the Utopia bootdisk (CloneCD version for sure). Then I backed up my DC game like I do any CD copy... But after I insert the boot disk in the DC, it still asks for a game disk. Then I put my backup copy, but it doesn't work. Have I don something wrong?
