Gypplay help!!

I downloaded the full version of gypplay and burned it with a couple of video files and then I loaded the boot disc,swapped the cd's and it went to the utopia spinning disc like it should but then just sat there forever and did nothing I even left it on all night please help me if you have gotten your version to work or have encountered the same problem and found a solution thank you.
