Burning 00, 01, 02 files

I have a set of files for spawn labeled e-spawn.00, 01, etc. These are not winrar files though, and I'm unsure how I'm supposed to burn them. Are they supposed to be combined to make an image file like cdi or nrg, or do I just select them all and burn away? Any help here is awesome! thanks.
