Cant launch "MM7NOCD.exe"

Hello everyone,
when I try to launch the might and magic 7 crack installation file (GERMAN) after extracting MM7nocd.rar, the following error occurs (translated to eng):
the file is not compatible with your windows version. check your system information to see if a 64 bit or 32 bit version of this program is required, and contact the producer of the software.
Compatibility mode has failed; Didnt find anything in the FAQ about that one.. I have Windows 7 64 Bit and I need a no cd crack since my CD 2 for the game was damaged. I couldn't find an alternative anywhere else but I really want to play this game, please help me!!
