DAL: NEO 2.2 booting import originals

Dal, can you try this if I send you Jap WE5 original CD? This was posted by Cheesy recently and he guarantees 100% that it works. As I don't have NEO2.2 and our friend Gunblade has gone through fire and brimstone, this is worth proving out.
