problems w/ ######## star online

i just extracted the ###.zip into a .cdi. its 770mb and it won't fit on any of my cdrs. what should i do? i don't think the file is bad or anything. i'm going to try to convert the .cdi to .bin/.cue and see if its any smaller. thanks. what should i do if this doesn't work?
