copyed dvd's

can the ps2 play copyed dvd's that have been recorded on a dvd disk ?

I think you haven't got an answer yet because nobody understands the question. If you mean can the PS2 play a DVD-R being a copy of an original DVD game, YES with the right boot method.

If you mean a copy made from a DVD-R, then probably as per a CD. I'm not going to try just yet with DVD-Rs costing £7 each.

If you mean DVD films, I haven't tried copying a DVD yet. Low on priority.
