Warcraft III not launching

Warcraft III not launching

This is strange because i have used the same folder at school and on my bro's pc but as soon as i have it on mine it asks me to put the launcher in the directory. Its the same folder that i have used without problems elswhere, the launcher is in the same place on all three pc's. Any help?
