i can't get DOA2 to selfboot, please help

i have made plenty of games self boot, but DOA2 won't work. i have wasted 3 cd's so far. i even annexed the dummy file to try. the version i have has a 0gdtex.pvr file, along w/ the boot.bin and ip.bin. then it has a folder called doa2, w/ the rest of the files in that. please help---i gotta make it selfboot to sell it
