Ok guys, think there may be a problem with my Soul Calibur rip. Everyone is asking about downsampling and so on, but my rip is only 684mb extracted. whats up with that?

Soul "pain in the arse" Calibur

I have successfully ripped the game. You need to downsample 3 of the sound files.
They are about 13MB each. Get them down to 3MB each (I used 22K 16bit MONO)
Anyhow, that is only the 1st problem. Once you burn it you will find the INTRO stops for no reason and goes to the game menu, AND the music is "jittery" it seems to play each block of data twice. So it sounds like it is skipping but really it is not.

I NEED A FIX FOR THE SOUND PROBLEM WITH SOUL CALIBUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My copy has the sound jitter problem. The current adr-scp.ppf patch that is out DOESN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. It only get's rid of all the sound files. Who want's that?!

He has you (assuming you have the Paradox software in order to patch it) apply the patch to the 1ST_READ.BIN file, and then DELTE PRACTICALLY ALL OF THE STINKING SOUND FILES!!!!!!!!!!!!! What good does that do? I don't intend on solving my itch by cutting off my arm instead of scratching it or finding some medicated cream. The same applies here.
I want non-jittering sound rather than NO SOUND..

Does anyone have any ideas?

Again, thanks in advance to those who reply.
