When i have the ripped GD on my HD what is next ??

I have ripped like 12 games on to my hd both cdda and wince games. I have the files stored now on my hd but what now ??? How do i crack ? How do i fix the game to fit on 700mb?? Is there a way i can crack the games on the same way or do i need to use a diffrent way for each game?
What bin files do i need to change the hex format on ?? There is alot of them for each game.
Is it true that i need to downsample the games to lik 694 mb becouse the rest is needed for the selfboot info.
Please help me out : )
I work in a videogame store and i want to pump out the games to our DC FANS.............
PS:all games that is ripped is PAL games
