Abt Sims 2 Cracking process.

Hi. I've just downloaded a no cd Sims2 crack but i've been having troubles figuring out how to crack or install it. I tried to follow the instructions given with this crack pack but i'm still lost. Can anyone guide me through? This is the picture of the crackpack i'm using.
