"4 second track"?

I tried to burn some self boot games but it won't allow me. When I try, it says that "there is a track that is smaller than 4 seconds. the cd can not copy untill it is removed" I can't find that file. What does this mean and how do you get rid of it? also how do you put one in a game? Tell me what to do.
