Extracting from ripped iso file

When i was extracting the track3.iso i only get one file called lp.bin

my computer says track5.iso is 954,000kb but when after i extract, the file that results(lp.bin)is only 40kb in size. Is this normal?
the funny part is that when i extract track3.iso i get 100+ files that are incredibly small in size. My computer says that track3.iso is only 456kb in size. What should i do?

Then once i have all the files extracted, what are the steps for burning the game?
