Info on Self-booting Snow Surfers

I know this is kind of a useless game, but I figured why not; the thing is it doesn't have a ip.bin, so I was unable to use the auto self boot proggie, I'm not sure of another way on how to do it, any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks in advance
