lost Bioshock DVD

Hello, hope this is the right section. I searched for an hour but didn't find an answer.
I have game, registered and activated and played through first building and killed 4 BigDaddy's, then started playing Orange Box for awhile. And now I went back to play Bioshock, and can't find my DVD anywhere and I can't play game without it.

Is there a work around for not having the DVD, especially when I don't have DVD anymore to do anything with it-extract images or cabs or similar.
Can I download the mini-image and if so where? I see there is some discussion of the mini images with Daemon and yasu, but I don't really know how those works. I've never really had need before.

If there is an existing thread on the subject could someone maybe link it for me? Or should I just try to see if Bioware will sell me a replacement disk.
Thanks for any assistance anyone may offer.
