PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

I am trying to make my own Genesis Smash Pack, I converted all the .smd to .bin, and i don't know what to do from that point because i don't understand the Echleon guide.

if i remember correctly you burn all the files for the emulator and the rom files in the same directory and then burn it
