Hellgate London - Unprotected x64-executables?

I donīt know if its a fluke on my computer running XP x64, but the x64-executable for Hellgate London doesnīt seem to care if you have the disc in the drive or not.

I noticed this when i started it and only when my daughter wanted to play a game after me did i see that the drive was empty.

Has anyone else seen this?
