trouble burning mdf files

can anyone help?
i have a copy of silent scope for dreamcast in mdf format...i also have a copy of virtua cop 2 in mdf format...i have burnt both games onto the same discs with alcohol 120 and the settings were exactly the same.But virtua cop works and silent scope doesnt.Does anyone know what i'm doing wrong?
