.bin & .cue

trying to burn namco museum and it came in these 2 files. havent had any luck burning them. could someone PLEASE hook me up with some info on the proper way to burn these? thank you

use fireburner
double click the cue after you installed fireburner
right click the game that comes up in the fireburner screen
choose test/burn from drop down menu caused from your right click
burn
