Can't record files downloaded from dccopyworld.com for US boot disk.

I copied the 5.6Mb zip file, for the DC US Boot CD.
There was a .bin file and a .cue file, which I loaded in CDRWin, but it gave an error message, and would not write it to the CD.
I am not sure if I should just copy the files to the CD, or load them as a CDRWin Cuesheet and .bin file, because I already tried that, and it won't write on my CD.
Please HELP.
