how to burn "Web Broweser 2.00"

someone can help me to burn the new broweser 4 dreamcast? I have a *.bin and a *.cue file.... what i have to do?
I have tryed to burn with nero (mode 1, iso2,joillet..) and i swapped with my bootcd..... nothing!
