Fear Effect 1 for PS1

Fear Effect 1 for PS1

Tried burning a few different ways, but always hangs at the Playstation SCEE screen with the red blue and green PS logo. im no newb to this so im finding it very strange. the image is fine, i emulated it and it seems to work fine, so im stumped. any ideas? its a bin/cue image. should i make maybe an iso ?
