PLEASE!!!! NEED A WAV TO ADX CONVERTER DESPERATELY!

I just spent the last day ripping pro skater 2 and extracted the contents. total size was 800mb (little too big) so i converted the ADX files to wavs and downsampled all the background music to about half of the original size. after all the work, i found that there was no utility to change the wavs back in to adx files!!! WTF???? I really need help with this. Also, i need a util to change .mpg files back into .sfd (again, util to change TO, but not FROM).... please, if anyone knows of any program that will do this, reply asap.
